We are in search of a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including administrative duties, updating employee records, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees
- Actively participate in recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing hiring procedures
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new employees
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Foster a positive working environment within the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance among employees
- Maintain the company's pay plan and benefits program
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage disciplinary and grievance issues in coordination with the management team
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and employee files, according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in HR roles such as HR officer, administrator, or similar positions
- Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ethics and reliability in handling HR responsibilities
